Custom Button "Convert Sales Order to Invoice"

Sales Order

We can convert our sales order data to Invoice data by using custom button "Convert Sales Order to Invoice". Custom button "Convert Sales Order to Invoice" is available in every sales order in the Sales Order module. We can convert our data from one module to another module using the custom button, which can achieve by applying some of the functions on data. It will provide the facilities to convert our data and apply some conditions on data as per our requirements.

If you want to convert any data from Sale Order to Invoice. Just open that data and clicked on custom button "Convert Sales Order to Invoice" from the top right menu.

Once data is successfully converted into Invoice, it will provide the alert message.

Once we converted any data from sales order to Invoice and we tried to convert it again but it would not allow to convert it. It will provide an alert message.

Invoice

Once data is successfully converted from sales order to Invoice, we can check data into the Invoice module and verify the sales data. The invoice module has some other custom button to convert this data into another module data.
