Each agent has their own market specific contacts, So we create market specific segments for each agent. So when an agent sends a campaign then the campaign sends to a specific segment.
We set up a segment mapping module where we can put segments ID for a particular agent, so it will get the correct segment for that agent.
When an agent hits the button to send a campaign, We fetch deals and agent details into our custom postal which is developed in php, then we create a template for zoho campaign, then using the zoho campaign API we create the campaign with this template.
We implemented a button on ZOHO CRM on deals module, So agents can send campaigns to their contacts by just clicking one button.
