Install the extension directly from Zoho Marketplace. Choose an installation for users or profiles. The extension is added to your Zoho CRM account.
Enter your CompanyCam API Token during setup. Token can be generated from: CompanyCam → Projects → Access Token.
Once connected, a CompanyCam module is created to manage webhooks. A Projects module is added to store synced projects and photos. Webhooks are automatically created and connected.
When a project is created in CompanyCam, it instantly appears in Zoho CRM. Project Name and ID are synced automatically. Project Description syncs when the project is edited and saved in CompanyCam.
All photos added in CompanyCam sync automatically. Photos are attached directly to the corresponding project record in Zoho CRM. Visual documentation is always available in real time.
Notes are maintained whenever the project name or description changes. Zoho CRM always reflects the latest job-siteupdates. Ideal for audits, internal reviews, and customer transparency.
Once synced, you can: View all CompanyCam projects in the Projects module, access project photos as attachments, search and filter projects using CRM tools, and link projects with Deals, Accounts, or Contacts to maintain a complete visual history for every job.
