- Client agrees to pay charges for the services or products as per the Terms of Engagement.
- All due payments must be cleared before finally handing over the end product/service. If the client fails to complete the payment on the due date, the company holds the right to stop the service after written warnings.
- The company holds the right to boost the hourly rates from time to time (if applicable). The client needs to process the payment for a certain service/product as per the agreed Terms of Interest.
- If the client faces any problem or delays with the payment, the company needs to be informed on priority. SNS System holds the right to suspend the obligations against the overdue payments.
- All additional expenses incurred by the company can be recovered from the Client hereafter.
