ConnectWise Mobile App Architecture:
1. Login Screen: Login page provides a login feature to prevent from unauthorized access. You need to fill in proper Login information (username and password) and tap Login
2. Forgot Password: If you need help resetting your password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it. Click on Send Password. Enter the email address and click on send Password.
After clicking on send password, login would be open with message “If we have your email on record, we will contact you with your password”.
3. Request Support: In this screen, user just forget the login detail, app provide the request support facility. In this facility, system will match your mail then provide the support.
4. My Ticket: After login, page is landed to “My Ticket” screen, showing widget (number of open tickets, number of tickets this month, number of ticket this year) and list of tickets (10 ticket per screen)
4.1 New Ticket: We can create the service ticket by clicking on plus icon by top of the right corner.
In below screen, work email is auto fill by logged in email, we need to fill some more information like, description attache picture either camera or gallery.
After clicking on submit, screen go back to “My Ticket” screen with message “Create service ticket #3595872”.
4.2 Edit Note on Ticket: In this screen, user can write the note about his ticket and can download the attachment.
5. Contact Us: In this screen, user can contact by using phone call or email helpdesk, or via map.
6. Wish: In this screen, user can share the idea or suggestion for further improvement of app.
