• We created three complex forms and 2 PDF, main challenge was to follow compliance and provide 100% pixel perfect form

• Created 12 Complex forms, some forms were having more than 200 fields
• It was required to generate PDF based on SITE name
• PDF were having more than 20 photos
• Client was looking to complete all work within 10 days
• We took the challenge and delivered all work within assigned time frame
• We used ZOHO creator and used all features of ZOHO for generating PDF

• Created a form to add passengers, add itinerary in text form, allow to enter all customer charges, published commission, added commission, WholeSaler commission, Internal Agent Commission, Internal Sales Agent Commission, Outside Agent Commission
• Created a subform to capture vendor cost, vendor tax and vendor fee data

• Created more than 15 reports to display pending vendor entries, commission payment due, expected commission from vendor

Following are the CRM custom "Buttons" we implemented for our customers

1. Create new Quote from Account
2. Create new Sales Order from Account
3. Convert Quote to Sales Order
4. Convert Sales Order to Invoice
5. Update account information using Invoice

All of the above buttons are added on relevant screens

1. Written scripts to convert QB exported Journal Entries to input file of different type of transactions
2. Import data for all type of transactions.
3. Once import is done, we do reconciliation for bank, payable and receivable.
4. Tallied P&L, Balance Sheet and other financial reports with Quickbooks reports.
5. Done data migration for number of years

1. Leads collected through website for only shipping or shopping and shipping
2. Leads converted to Deals after discussion/mail with customer.
3. Created mobile app to receive items from vendor using scanner, there is also provision to receive items through Creator.
4. Shipping sales order created for all the items.
5. Printing labels for packages including barcode.
6. Receiving Items at destination using mobile app scanner

Managed different stages of process as follows

1. - Appointment Setting, Home visit, Send Estimate, Follow Up with client for approval, Closed Won or Closed Lost

Provided mechanism to send SMS and mails for follow up

Generated tasks for employee to remind him to send Estimate and get approval

Once payment is made, created project folders in zoho docs, to keep related files

• Prepared multiple forms to collect information and print templates
• Provided option to create Lead from Creator
• Provided buttons in form reports, for printing, cloning and sending emails
• Provision is given to take signature on mobile app

• Created a big form (Questionnaire) to collect information of borrower and loan. In this form there were many validations and calculations.
• Created a closing checklist. This was used to make sure all required processes are fulfilled and required documents furnished. There were fields in this checklist which were either dependent on values from other form or derived from other form.
• Created CRM dashboard which was populated from the reports of ZOHO creator.
• Provided Creator forms to edit in CRM. Kept data in sync, while gave option to edit data in Creator and CRM both.

• Setup organization wide hierarchy using Roles. Different roles can have access to different records. For example, a Sales Manager can access all the Sales Reps'
• Dashboards for CEO, Sales Manager, Agents, where we show charts so they can view performance, progress at once.
• Alerts and reminders for different roles. For example Agent receives alert when buyer signs agreement, when JV sent out, when received new lead etc.
• Sending SMS and Campaigns about new real estate properties to their respective buyers.
• Using Zoho sign and CRM integration getting JV and Agreements signed by buyers and other parties.
• Used Blueprint to validate and assure checklist of required documents are in place before moving to next stage of deal.
• Created buttons for sending SMS, Agreements and Campaigns

• Used PHP, Zoho CRM, and Books integration so on portal user can see his driving record, invoices etc.
• Prepared numerous reports in Analytics i.e Sales reports, Profit and Losee, Invoice details etc.
• Did Order management in creator.
• Did drip campaigns for new customers, probable customers. Also did social campaigns

1. Integration of Amazon, Shopify to Zoho books and CRM for accounting and inventory purpose
2. Customer visit application in Creator. Application is used to record customer visit details of sales staff.
3. Zoho CRM used for purchase and sales orders. Sales reports prepared in Analytics shown here in CRM.
4. Zoho books used Invoicing, Sales order. Profit and Loss, reconciliation etc

Create Dynamic Form and PDF Output Using Zoho Creator

Sandeep, Sharda and team did a real great job on this project. They were able to complete the project in a very short timeframe, despite the difficulty and complexity of the work. Sandeep was available and open to take calls even at night and on the weekends. He was also very cooperative and open to making changes to features at our request. He and his team transitioned us to a bug tracker that he and his team, which made following up with troubleshooting, some bugs and adding features very consistent. Sandeep was open to and encouraged honest feedback throughout the project, and was able to improve his team's delivery based on the feedback. Very much recommend working with SNS.
